One of one — the only piece like it
This happy and bright-colored hand-stitched Log Cabin quilt came to me tattered and torn. I have mended and secured all tears and upcycled this quilt into a cheerful coat. Constructed with bias binding, French seams and two concealed side pockets.
Beautifully imperfect, by nature
Every upcycled piece begins as a vintage quilt or textile that has already lived a full life. Before it’s cut and sewn, each one is carefully washed and restored as best as possible, but some signs of age may remain: faint stains, small mends, fading, or areas of wear.
