Welcome to Krissy Noel Studio. This website, krissynoelstudio.com, is owned and operated by Krissy Noel Studio LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. In these terms, "I," "me" and "my" mean Krissy Noel Studio LLC, and "you" means anyone who visits the site or places an order. By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can buy
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. I currently ship only to addresses in the United States.

One-of-a-kind pieces
Almost every piece I sell is one of a kind. A piece is reserved for you only when your checkout is complete, not when it's in your cart. If two people check out at the same moment, the first completed order gets the piece, and I'll refund the other in full.

Photos, colors and measurements
I photograph every piece myself and describe it as accurately as I can. Colors can look different on different screens. Measurements are taken by hand and may vary slightly. Vintage pieces may show faint stains, small mends, fading or wear, as described in each listing.

Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify. I never see or store your full card number. If you choose Shop Pay Installments, your payment plan is provided by Affirm and governed by Affirm's own terms.

Mistakes and canceled orders
Despite my best efforts, a price, photo or description may occasionally be wrong. If that happens, I may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've received an order confirmation. I may also cancel any order I suspect is fraudulent.

Shipping
Orders ship with tracking within the time shown at checkout. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are up to the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address. I can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Returns and refunds
All sales are final. See my Refund Policy for what happens if an order arrives damaged or isn't as described.

Discount codes and promotions
I sometimes offer discount codes through social media, ads, email, or partners. Unless a promotion says otherwise:
- One discount code per order.
- Codes have no cash value and can't be applied to past orders.
- Codes may expire or end at any time, and may be limited to certain pieces.
- Prices and offers in an ad or post are good only while that piece is available.

Giveaways and contests
Any giveaway or contest I run will have its own official rules, posted with it. Those rules control that giveaway. Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform.

Email and marketing
If you join my email list, you'll get emails about new drops and studio news. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.

Your photos and reviews
I love seeing my pieces in their new homes. If you send me a review, photo or message about your purchase, you give me permission to share it on this site and my social media, with your first name or username. I will always ask you first before using your photo or words in a paid ad. If you tag @krissynoelstudio on social media, I'll ask your permission before reposting.

My designs and content
The designs, photos, text, logo and name "Krissy Noel Studio" on this site belong to me. You may share links to my site and posts, but please don't copy, sell or reuse my photos, text or designs without my written permission.

Links to other sites
This site may link to other websites, like social media platforms or payment providers. I'm not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limits of my responsibility
I sell every piece "as described" in its listing. To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using this site or my products. My total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in place when the order was placed.
