SHIPPING POLICY

Where I ship
I ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping costShipping is a flat rate based on the total weight of your order:

• Orders under 1 lb (zipper pouches, collars, scarves, toiletry bags and most handbags): $6
• Orders 1 lb and over (any order with a coat or hoodie): $15

Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping costs aren't refundable.

How orders ship
Every order ships with tracking through a major carrier, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please use a street address so your package can be delivered by any carrier.

When your order ships
Each piece is packed by hand. Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipping. Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates, not guarantees.

Sales tax
Sales tax is added at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by law.

Your address
Please double-check your shipping address before you check out. If you notice a mistake, email me right away. I can fix it only before your order ships. I can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you can't find it, please see my Refund Policy and email me within 7 days of delivery.
